1.How often are new fabrics available?
We bring in new fabrics every couple of months with wide range of fabrics available, carry booklets of fabric from around the world.

2. Can you copy my best fitting suits and shirts measurements?
We advise new clients to wear their best fitting suit at the time of being measured. If you are unable to meet us personally, you can send your best fitting garment to us, and we will copy it and send your garment back together with your new order.

3. How much do your suits cost?
Starts from 15000 and depending on the quality of the fabric you choose.

4. How does the delivery work for overseas orders? And what is the delivery time?
Delivery is within 4 to 5 weeks from the date of order placed. All parcels are delivered through DHL courier ( courier paid by the customer ) after the full payment is done personally or through bank transfers

5. Can I repeat an order online without getting measured?
Yes, if you have ordered from us, we have your measurements on file, and also create a paper pattern for future orders. If you have any changes in measurements to advise, you may email us and we will make the relevant changes to your pattern.

6. What is the construction of the jacket at Tailor Made?
We believe in incorporating only the highest quality materials in our suits. All our suits are either half- floating canvas or fully canvassed using hand stitched natural fibres and horsehair, to provide the desired shape and springiness.

7. Do you make women's suits?
Yes, we do make women's suits

8. Do you make dinner jackets, morning coats and / or white tie?
Yes, we do. They’re currently available in any cloth that you require, perfect for that special occasion.

9. Can I see some items before I buy?
At our BREACH CANDY STORE we have our product to display. we’re confident that you’ll be impressed with our offering!

10. How does your pricing work?
Tailor Made have a clear, transparent pricing structure. All of our garments are made to the same high standard, with the cost only changing in line with the quality of fabric you choose.

11. Do you charge extra for large sizes?
No, we charge just one set amount no matter how big or small you are.

12. How long does it take to get my order back?
Your tailored suit and/or overcoat will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. We will email you as soon as your order is ready to notify you that it is ready for collection from our studio in Shoreditch. Alternatively we can hand deliver the suit to your home or office in central or send it to you overseas.

13.Do you undertake urgent work ?
Yes, we do only if we don't have previous commitments.

14. Can you make suits from own fabric?
Absolutely. Although we hold a broad range of fabrics and are constantly increasing and updating our range, it’s not possible to hold fabric to accommodate every taste. If you find a cloth that you just have to have, either arrange an appointment and drop your fabric off or send it to us .

15. What if I want to order more suits?
We follow your measurments provided to us. Styles can be provided by you.

16. Can I order individual items rather than a full suit?
Off Course! We have many client that work within the creative industries who just want a nice tailored jacket to wear with tailored trousers.

17. What happens if my order needs any alterations?
We will make all reasonable alterations to your garment within 48 hours.

18. What happens if I want to change my order?
Once your order has been processed you have to inform us right then or within an hour of any changes you require. After this time your order cannot be amended as it will have entered production.

19. I've never had a tailored suit before, do you offer style advice?
Absolutely, that’s what we’re here for. Simply drop into our store at BREACH CANDY and we will recommend a cut and style that will best suit you.
